TRADE TECHNICIAN

COURSE  PROFESSIONAL  - 12th YEAR - COMMERCE TECHNICIAN

DESCRIPTION

In the Commerce Technician course you will learn how to organize, plan or sell products or services in commercial establishments, ensuring customer satisfaction.  With this course you will be able to develop professional activity in private companies in the area of sale and provision of goods and services and in warehouses, supermarkets, stores and shopping centers.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

- Studying the company's products or services, characterizing the type of customers and collecting information about the competition;

- Process the sale of products or services and carry out cash control operations, using computer equipment;

- Commercial marketing - concepts, fundamentals and main  variables.

- Ensure after-sales service analyzing complaints with a view to their resolution;

- Communicate with suppliers, perform  the quantitative and qualitative control of products and proceed with their storage in the commercial establishment.

9th year of complete schooling

Age between 15 and 19 years old

QUALIFICATION

12th grade equivalence

Professional level 4

DURATION

3202 hours in 3 years
