The European Quality Assurance Reference Framework for Vocational Education and Training - EQAVET Framework - established by the Recommendation of the European Parliament and the Council of 18 June 2009, was created with the aim of improving Vocational Education and Training - VET - in the European space. This allows quality management based on an articulation between different stakeholders - policy makers, regulatory bodies, VET operators, students/trainees, VET and guidance professionals, guardians, entrepreneurs and other social partners - as well as in development, monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement of the efficiency of the offer.
